Be open when dealing with others in business. Trust that they will do as promised but always be careful to let everyone know that you need to confirm that all deliveries are completed.

There are times when one may take a break or otherwise rest from moving towards a goal.  This is when one should remember the acronym that is Follow One Course Until Successful (FOCUS).  Just pick oneself up and get back on track and don’t stop moving forward until you complete the last task. Personal excellence is the challenge of measuring one’s outcome against oneself. Instead of competing against others, the goal should be to become greater than the sum of our individual parts.  When you care more about yourself than about what others think or expect from you then you can achieve more.

The news cannot define who you are and who you are to become.  Only you can decide if you will become more than the sum of what others believe. I encourage you to believe and start building.

You are a reflection of all of those who have come before you. Recognize this fact, learn your history. Look at some old photographs. Travel. Realize that everyone you meet will base their opinion of an entire community on your individual behavior. No one can define who you are except you. Represent.
