The news cannot define who you are and who you are to become.  Only you can decide if you will become more than the sum of what others believe. I encourage you to believe and start building.

You are a reflection of all of those who have come before you. Recognize this fact, learn your history. Look at some old photographs. Travel. Realize that everyone you meet will base their opinion of an entire community on your individual behavior. No one can define who you are except you. Represent.
