There are times when one may take a break or otherwise rest from moving towards a goal.  This is when one should remember the acronym that is Follow One Course Until Successful (FOCUS).  Just pick oneself up and get back on track and don’t stop moving forward until you complete the last task. Keep moving forward. Realize that goals may take time to reach. Your biggest asset is persistence.
